BE FRUITFUL OR BE FIRED

Condolences to fans and friends of Jose Mourinho on his exit from the Old Trafford. The genesis of his crisis may not be certain but the revelation about his expulsion is a rude reality of life rules. The successes of the Special One were headlines until his cup fell from the league table.

He was fired because he wasn’t fruitful; he wasn’t winning, he wasn’t meeting the expectations of Red Devils. With such a good name, a fine face, swollen records and nice shirts? Who pays a fortune for a posh car involved in a fatal crash? Who flies in a plane with broken wings? His contract was terminated at a huge present cost to the club in hope to reap future fruits. They shut his door before the January window: no garbage into the new year!
This is the news: the only reason you should renew some emotional/spiritual contracts around your life is because they’re fruitful; they help you score purpose driven goals and move you upwards in the league of fulfillment. Each match you lose in destiny costs you points beyond time. If your coach has no clue to growth and grace, your momentum will be neutralized!

Who’s coaching your team in life? Whose contract is claiming your resources but draining your forces? Who is using past bread of achievement to scoop the stew of your future trophies? Who have you employed with an eye on influence while his strategies are on the fence? Who are you supposed to pay a parting hug for a potential green year but redly spent?
When it comes to growth, you should never treat a passing contract like a permanent covenant! Whatever or whoever is not fruitful in your growth plan must be fired before the new season! Jesus eliminated a fruitless fig. Meanwhile, I hope you don’t deserve a sack letter from God too before the new season? Which trophy did you win for the Kingdom in the passing season? How many matches did you win for Jesus? Who were you employed to coach but you have led to losses?
